1. Booking & Payment

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities in rented vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- BS Motors ensures all vehicles are regularly serviced, clean, and safe for travel.
4. Liability & Insurance
- BS Motors Rent a Car provides vehicles in good working condition but is not liable for personal injury or loss during travel.
- Customers are responsible for traffic fines, parking violations, or any damages during rental.
- Insurance coverage, if applicable, will be explained at the time of rental.
5. Modification of Terms
